1. What should I bring to my first Fitness class?
Bring a mat unless you are attending Zumba…you will not need a mat – Remember some of the Boot Camps are outdoors
Bring water – You need to stay hydrated!
Bring a towel – You’ll be sweating!
Bring your enthusiasm to Get Fit and Have Fun!
2. What should I wear to class or my training session?
Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Please remember boot camps are generally held outdoors.
For Yogalaties you will not need tennis shoes.

4. Where are classes held?
All classes, except boot camps are held at our studio. Please see below.
The studio is located at 2816 Corrine Drive, Orlando, FL. 32803.
5. Where are the boot camps held?
Boot camps are normally held at Blue Jacket Park in Baldwin Park.
The address is: 2501 General Reese Avenue Orlando FL.
We meet by the track=) Please note there is another boot camp that meets by the fountain. Fit Women of Orlando will be on the track @ Glenridge Middle School
6. What are your hours?

7. How much are the boot camps/yoga/pilates/group training?

9. I’m a beginner…will I be able to keep up with the classes?
The answer is YES!!
We offer beginners Zumba! Come to an orientation or schedule a consult with us if you still feel unsure!
Boot camp classes are intense training but modifications are always available for beginning level participants.
If you have any injures or health issues or more than 80 lbs overweight or over the age of 45 please set up a
consultation with a trainer to discuss if boot camp is the best option for you.
10. What should I eat before and after class?
Try to avoid heavy foods (more than 250 calories). Try to schedule meals an hour in advance before class.
Try to eat high quality carbs with 10-15 grams of protein before. After working out, to gain maximum results,
you should eat high quality proteins within a 45 minute window to develop a lean body.
11. If I cancel a class can I make it up?
If you cancel the class 24 hours before time of appointment you can make it up with the exception of the Programs
or Monthly Boot Camps. You forfeit your session if you do not give 24 hours advance notice.

12. What happens if it rains?
If it is an outdoor class that meets in the evening unfortunately it gets canceled if you are paying per class you will receive a make-up. If it is an AM Class it will be moved to the studio!
