Julie is an awesome trainer. I signed up for Boot Camp about 6 months ago and no workout has ever been the same!! Each week she challenges our body in different ways. Since starting, I’ve gained strength and flexibility and have seen significant results with weight loss!! She has encouraged me to eat well and been supportive in each work out. Her website is super informative and very user friendly. The site allows you to register for each class and if class is canceled due to a holiday ( obvious reasons) or an emergency and email is sent out promptly notifying each person. The program is growing month by month; Julie has increased the types of classes offered such as kettlebell, yogalaties and Zumba! The environment of fit women is not only welcoming to everyone it’s inspiring to obtain your personal goals of a better you!

Within a few short months of boot camps I decreased my body fat and noticed my muscles toning.
I am going to be taking Yoga and Zumba soon with her company and I can not wait. Julie also has helped me on a personal level. She is great at what she does and she really cares about the people she is helping. If you need help, just ask and Julie will be there to help you with anything.

I have never felt as in shape and really seen results like I have in the 10 months I have been with Fit Women of Orlando. I have always been an active person, between running and going to the gym regularly, but the difference is that Julie, Jen, and the other trainers really push you beyond what you think you’re capable of- and that is when I truly started to notice results- not just weight loss but muscle tone in my arms, legs, and core. Not to mention the workouts are so much fun that I always look forward to them, which keeps me motivated. Definitely recommend this to anyone of any fitness level!
It has everything I need to be workout savvy. I like to do a variety of workouts and it is a 1 stop shop. I get my Dance w/Zumba, Yoga/Pilates, Strength w/ Kettle Balls and Zumba/Boot camp Fun Fridays. When I need a feel more toned I go to Bootcamp. Really???? Before I was running around town spending all this money… Now, I have my weekly workouts planned out at 1 low cost… It Rules!!!! For a busy person like me…the way the class times are perfect too!!!
A huge thanks to Julie for keeping me on track Im down 8.75 inches and 12 ilbs – in 3 weeks I feel like a new person !!!!
