2 ripe bananas
1 cups of rolled oats
2/3 cup of dates
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Remove stones and chop dates
3. Mash bananas and stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla.
Mix well. Let sit for about 15 mins.
4. Mold mix into cookie shapes (should be 24 decent sized
cookies). Place on cookie sheet and into the oven for about
20 minutes or until light brown.
5. Allow for about 1hr to cool before serving.
